-4 sheets of INKED Nail Art

-1 clear top coat

-1 water applicator

-1 mini sponge

How to apply your nail art: Cut out your favorite design and peel off the plastic covering.  Place tattoo face down on nail.  Wet the tattoo paper until soaked through.

Press down for 10 seconds, then peel off paper. Allow 1 minute to dry, then seal with 2 thick layers of clear top coat.
