Buy Local or Bye, Local

Imagine what it would be like if you no longer had your favorite local shop available for your shopping convenience.  No trying on clothing before purchasing, no picking up last-minute gifts, no smiling faces ready to assist you, no donations to community fundraisers and non-profit organizations, no place to go to for retail therapy….{yes, that’s a thing!]

Being a small business owner in 2020 is single-handedly the most stressful, nerve-wracking, and difficult thing I’ve ever had to endure.  I take comfort in knowing that I’m not alone in this emotional rollercoaster.  Small business owners across the country are being hit harder than you can possibly imagine.  Their entire livelihood depends on staying open.

As you plan for the upcoming holiday season, I hope that you will choose to spend your discretionary dollars at as many local businesses as you can afford to.  You may not think that your purchase means much, but I promise that the business owner is doing a happy dance with every single order received.  I hope we can all support each other during this tumultuous time.

I write this in general for all small businesses across the country, but it’s true for us at DART Boutique as well.  I personally look at every order that comes through our shop and am filled with gratitude and joy when you choose to shop with us!  We promise to provide top-notch customer service with a smile.  Come visit us today or shop online: www.shopDARTboutique.com.

Thank you!
